- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆December 05, 2019, by dawn donaldsonYou know I normally have a pleasant experience at Aurora liquor store however this evening was quite the opposite I had the rudest woman at the counter just very poor customer service no personality and rather rude. The woman at the counter scolded me as if I were a five-year-old child that certain bottles of liquor on the wall are not for sale. East Aurora has multiple liquor stores so I will be going to Reed's from now on. Just got the feeling that the woman hates her job and you know what word-of-mouth goes along way
